Polyethylene container liners
The most common container liner used for the transportation of dry bulk goods such as chemicals, fish meal, sugar, mining products and cement. Also used for the protection of boxed and palletized goods.
Polypropylene container liners
Polypropylene container liners are used for foodstuffs such as cocoa and coffee as these commodities need to breathe en route and polypropylene allows them to do so.
Thermal container liners
Thermal liners are used to moderate temperature fluctuations. Once insulated with a thermal liner, goods are protected from temperature spikes.
Bulkheads

Description
For the safe loading of goods in a container, a bulkhead is recommended. On discharge, a container with a fitted bulkhead can be opened without fear of goods falling out.
Benefits
- A bulkhead provides a safe and secure barrier within a container.
- Power Plastic bulkheads are an alternative to wood and therefore are able to enter European Union and Asian countries without a wood-certificate
Specifications
- Designed to hold 20 tonnes of goods behind the bulkhead
- A combination of polypropylene and webbing form the basis of bulkheads.

Bulkhead – Thermal insulation
Goods transported in refrigerated trucks need bulkheads to separate goods from each other. A thermal structured bulkhead is supplied to the exact truck dimensions so that it fits snuggly into the truck body and does not allow air to pass through from one side of the truck to another.
Reusable Bulk bags

Description
Used when there is a constant flow of bulk goods from point A to B. A sturdy reusable bag is required to transport and store goods between point A and B. As the 1 tonne bag is reusable, it becomes cost effective over the many trips. These heavy duty bags are not to be confused with 1 tonne polypropylene bags which are not reusable.
Benefits
- Able to carry most bulk commodities over 400 times.
- International safety certification for multiple uses.
