Logistics and delivery
Please expect a 10 working day delivery time / turnaround with most orders. However should there be a special run this may take longer. The expected delivery time often depends on how customized the order is. This will be clarified at the time of placing the order.
Orders are quoted ex works and then it is up to the customer to organize transport / shipping with a shipping agent or courier service.
If the order is quoted delivered to client your quotation will include transport however this is only on request that orders will be quoted with transportation / shipping.
Orders are often but not always placed in appropriate packaging such as a cardboard box, loaded on pallets and shipped.
To place an order, complete an online enquiry form, phone or email us with your request and we will discuss it through with you. We will need to agree on the design of the cover or liner and it is preferable for drawings to be exchanged to clarify design. Materials will need to be agreed. A quotation will then be generated. Should you wish to then proceed, and it is a long production run of covers, we would like to get the first cover, the prototype, signed off prior to the long run of units being produced.
Yes, we do export orders and are happy to deal with customers throughout Africa. We ship ex Cape Town port.
Power Plastics’ trading currency is Rands or US Dollars. Our quotations are in Rands unless otherwise specified on the quotation.
A material samples would need to be made up specifically for your purpose. These are quoted and charged for by Power Plastics.
Our products normally carry a one year warranty depending on the product and the conditions under which it is used. Some products are only fit for one trip and this is understood by all parties. Please clarify warranties and their conditions prior to your purchasing any product.
